Wholesale/Business Account Application Rules

Thank you for your interest in opening a wholesale or business account with HighSqueeze, a leading manufacturer of high-quality rosin extraction supplies and equipment. We proudly serve clients worldwide, providing innovative solutions for solventless extraction processes. To ensure a smooth partnership, compliance with industry regulations, and protection for all parties, we require applicants to meet the following rules. These guidelines apply to all new wholesale accounts and are subject to change; the latest version is available on our website.

1. Eligibility Requirements

Business Verification: You must be a legitimate business entity (e.g., Ltd, PLC, sole trader) operating in the rosin extraction, cannabis/hemp processing, or related industries. We do not approve personal or individual consumer accounts for wholesale pricing.

Licensing and Compliance: Provide proof of valid business licences, including any required cannabis/hemp processing permits, extraction facility certifications, or regulatory approvals from your local jurisdiction (e.g., Home Office licence in the UK, EU GMP compliance,

or equivalent international standards). Due to the regulated nature of our products, non-compliance may result in immediate account denial or termination.

Tax and Legal Documentation: Submit a valid VAT Registration Number (VRN), resale certificate, or equivalent tax-exempt documentation. International applicants must provide equivalent fiscal identifiers.

Geographic Restrictions: We ship worldwide, but accounts in prohibited countries (e.g., those under UN sanctions or with full bans on cannabis-related products) will be rejected. Check our restricted regions list on the application form.

2. Application Process

Submission: Complete the online Wholesale Application Form on our website (under “Business Accounts”) or email it to B2B@highsqueeze.com. Include all required documents as PDFs.

Review Timeline: Applications are reviewed within 5–7 working days. We shall notify you via email of approval, with a welcome pack including your account login and terms.

Approval Criteria: Accounts are approved based on business legitimacy, order history potential, and alignment with our ethical standards (e.g., no ties to illicit activities). We reserve the right to request additional information or conduct a background check.

3. Order and Pricing Guidelines

Minimum Order Value (MOV): Initial orders must meet a £1,000 GBP minimum (or equivalent in local currency for international clients). Ongoing orders require a £500 GBP MOV to maintain active status.

Product Availability: All standard supplies (presses, bags, plates) and equipment are eligible. Custom or OEM orders require pre-approval and may incur set-up fees.

4. Payment and Financial Terms

Accepted Methods: Full payment upfront via bank transfer, BACS, credit/debit card, or PayPal. HighSqueeze does not extend credit, HighSqueeze is not a registered money lender.

Currency and Taxes: All prices quoted in GBP. Buyers responsible for import duties, VAT, and customs fees.

5. Shipping and Fulfilment

Domestic (UK): Free shipping on all orders.

International: Calculated at checkout; we use RoyalMail, DPD, DHL or FedEx International (7–14 days). Hazardous material surcharges apply for certain equipment. Provide accurate shipping address and import details to avoid delays.

Returns: 30-day window for defective items only (15% restocking fee for others). Shipping costs non-refundable.

6. Account Maintenance and Termination

Activity Requirements: Accounts inactive for 12 months may be deactivated; reactivation requires re-verification.

Conduct Standards: Violations (e.g., reselling to unlicensed parties, intellectual property misuse) result in immediate suspension. We monitor for compliance via order patterns.

Confidentiality: Wholesale pricing and product specifications are proprietary; disclosure to unauthorised parties voids the account.
